How do you choose the courses to offer?

We have multiple channels to decide about a course, including industry trend changes and updates, feedback from our past attendees, surveys, feedback/suggestions we receive in our mail box, and recommendations from industry professionals of hot topics.

What level of courses do you provide?

We have a wide range for topics from very basic to advanced. For each course, we offer a one-page fact sheet that provides a summary of what is covered, who will benefit from taking the course, bio of the speaker, pricing and date of offering. You can take a look and decide if this course will benefit you before you register for it.

Who are your speakers and instructors?

Our instructors are experts in their field with many years of industry experience. We have a few thousand experts globally, covering different areas in many languages. There is a screening process in place to short list the candidates before approval that guarantees an exceptional level of expertise and instructional skills.

What is the format of your courses?

A majority of our courses are offered as 60-90 minute live or on-demand webinars. However, we also provide face-to-face class trainings and workshops (on a need-basis).

How do you arrange the timing of the courses?

Depending on the target audience, we have different timings to accommodate global audiences. Moreover, all of our live webinars are recorded and provided as on-demand webinars that can be taken at your convenience anywhere in the world.

What happens if I register for a live webinar and I miss it?

If you miss a live webinar that you registered for, you will get a chance to take it as an on-demand webinar for one month.

Do you have group discounts for your webinars?

Yes, we have different levels of discounts for different size groups. Please contact us for further details.

What is the method of payment for registration?

The method of payment is safe, secure (SSL), and very easy. A PayPal account is not required. You can purchase from anywhere in the world.

Do you provide a time for questions at your courses?

Yes, we have 5-10 minutes for question and answer at the end of all live webinars.

What languages are your courses offered in?

Most of our courses are offered in English. However, we do provide some popular courses in Chinese, Spanish, and some other languages.

Do I need to download any software to listen to your webinars?

No, you do not need to install any software to be able to attend webinars.

How many attendees can you accommodate at a time?

We do not have a limit for the number of attendees per session.

Do you send us the webinar slides?

Yes, you will get an email 24 hours before the live event including a pdf copy of the slides to be presented.
